RETURN WINDOW
- 30-day return policy from the date of delivery
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- All original tags and packaging must be intact
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Items showing signs of wear or damage
- Custom or personalized orders
- Sale items marked as final sale
RETURN PROCESS
- Contact us at 2769331756@qq.com within 30 days of delivery
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- We will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number
- Ship the item back to our Hong Kong address
- Once received and inspected, we will process your refund
RETURN SHIPPING
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- NOIR LEATHER is not responsible for lost return shipments
REFUND PROCESSING
- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed
EXCHANGES
We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors, subject to availability. Contact us to arrange an exchange.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
- Inspect your item upon delivery

- Include photos of the defect
- We will provide a prepaid return label and send a replacement
